Smart Baking Company SmartCake is a moist gluten-free, low-carb snack cake. SmartCake has zero carbs from starch, zero carbs from sugar, and only good carbs from fiber. SmartCakes are low-calorie cakes and are high in omega-3 fatty acids.
Due to the lack of preservatives in this product, it is kept frozen in our Netrition warehouse until the day it ships. It must be refrozen upon receipt and kept frozen until ready to use. No credit will be issued for improperly stored goods.
